If you put yourself in danger then we won’t cover you. This includes going to places you’re country of residence tells you not to, doing activities that you’re not qualified for or are too dangerous. We have a list of covered activities in our policies and if you’re not sure, give us a call and we’ll let you know if we’ll cover it or not.

In Hanoi, Vietnam. I was in a bar called hair of the dog. When I entered the bar I had my iPhone in my pocket. While talking to a friend I felt someones hand brush against my pocket, I turned around and there was a Vietnamese man standing behing me. I checked my pocket and my phone and 100,000 Dong was gone. When I confronted the man he fled the bar. Immediately afterwards I returned to my guesthouse and contacted my telephone provider to cancel the phone. In the morning I went to the police station and filled out a police report.
